Senior Consultant
Arimbi Wahono (she/her/hers) is a Senior Consultant at Shared Planet. She leads the Just Transitions Practice area and specialises in projects relating to just transitions (including gender, climate, and economic justice) and global biodiversity policy and financing. To that end, her client management portfolio includes WWF, Oxfam International, Hivos, and the Women’s Environment & Development Organization, where she leads on providing stakeholder engagement and research services.
Arimbi has previously worked at the Global Green Growth Institute (Indonesian branch), where she authored and reviewed policy briefs relating to the expansion of renewable energy in Indonesia. Arimbi holds an MSc in Comparative Politics (with a political economy specialisation) from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a BA (Joint Honours) in Development Studies and Political Science from McGill University. Her studies have focused on the consequences of financial and economic liberalisation, and the necessity for structural economic transformation to achieve a more just, sustainable, and inclusive future.
