Digital Resilience
practice areas.
The emergence of powerful new and emerging technologies, from the emergence of generative AI and growing reliance on digital tools to advancements in global communications networks and the proliferation of social media, is forcing societies and industries to reorient their practices, values and goals.

Our latest projects
A look at some of our latest projects — and why they matter.
We supported People vs Big Tech and Ctrl+Alt+Reclaim, Europe's first youth-led tech justice movement, with their exploration of the impact of social media on young people's mental health and wellbeing. Through focus groups, consultations and platform research, we researched how today's social media platforms, and the powerful companies behind them, are building harmful products that prioritise profit over people.
We are collaborating with Oxfam in Jordan to develop a playbook and roadmap for humanitarian AI across the MENA region.
We are building a document by and for humanitarian practicioners to provide guidance on how AI can be responsibly and ethically designed — from ideation to deployment to evaluation — and how AI should put people first in the sector.
