CGIAR-GENDER Impact platform commissioned a scoping review with Shared Planet, a social and environmental research consultancy, to map and analyse the current landscape of how geospatial approaches and analysis are applied to gender and social research within rural development and agri-food systems and to identify opportunities for future research and development (R&D).

Shared Planet supported WEDO at the IMF Civil Society Policy Forum. In a session convened by the Financial Transparency Coalition (FTC) and others, Shared Planet's Arimbi Wahono presented a brief on a feminist, decolonial, progressive and ecologically just approach to taxation (co-authored by FTC, Center for Economic and Social Rights, Shared Planet and WEDO).

Shared Planet supported WWF, in collaboration with the UN Climate Champions team and the World Economic Forum, hosted a panel at London Climate Action Week 2024 introducing the Roadmap and discussing the urgent need for a nature-positive economy, the barriers to achieving this, and positive strides that are being made by governments and non-state actors towards a nature-positive economy.

Speakers include Rémi Cossetti from Seas at Risk, Alice Di Concetto of the European Institute for Animal Law and Policy, Valentina Crast of Sea Shepherd Conservation Society, Dr. Anne von Rebay of Ocean Vision Legal, Lottie Pearson from Whale and Dolphin Conservation (WDC). The event was moderated and organised by Shared Planet.
